Tummy Trimming Tips
A bulging stomach could be an indicator of poor health as it could mean excess deposit of fat in the body, high level of cholesterol or more calorie intake than what you can actually burn by physical activities, work out etc.
Abdomen flab can make you feel conscious or uncomfortable. It may give a feeling of being bogged down, may hinder you from wearing some clothes that you would love to wear, and can be a source of worry too.
To reduce abdomen flab specific exercises concentrating on this region are required. Though physical activities, work out, walking, jogging are good for overall health and well being, performing some exercises focused on this part will aid in cutting down flab.
Cycling is a good exercise you can follow as it works out the lower body i.e. the stomach region and thighs extensively. It not only reduces fat, but strengthens the muscles, tones the region and helps in digestion. You may either go out for cycling or have a stationary cycle installed at home.
Swimming is the next best exercise that you can follow. The activity works out the whole body but exercises the abdomen, hand and leg muscles most. You can see the results like lessening of flab, feeling that the tummy is a bit tucked in, you may feel lean and trim and flexible in say two months of consistent swimming at least for one hour daily.
Gymming is another option you can try where there are push ups and personalized exercises with the trainer that can help you to lose weight in the area.
Some yoga postures or exercises can be beneficial. Other home based exercises can also be followed. For example, standing erect with your legs apart and hands on the waist and rotating your hips slowly in clockwise and anti clockwise direction.
Similarly, you can stand erect with legs apart and hands raised above. Bend slowly to touch your hands to the ground, wait for a count of five seconds and come back to original position.
You can sit on the floor with legs crossed and try to touch the head to the floor, wait for five beats and come to original position.
