Make up enhances the beauty. But it is always good to have a natural beauty, which doesn’t melt away from the skin. The way to such beauty is easy and attainable. You can achieve it with the help of just a few cautious steps. Observe these natural steps and have a healthy and fresh skin.
Precautions against ultra violet rays- Avoid exposure of your skin under the sun. The ultra violet rays of the sun are harmful for the skin. It can lead to early age wrinkling and skin tanning. So apply enough amount of sunscreen before stepping under the sun. You can also carry umbrella or wear a sun cap, to avoid a direct exposure under the rays of sun. Remember, precaution is always better than cure.
Drinking a lot of water- Drinking a lot of water helps in regulating the functioning of our body. It acts as roughage by cleansing our body from inside. Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water on daily basis. Start from the morning, by drinking 2 glasses of water on empty stomach. It will help you in retaining a younger skin for a longer period of life.
Eating good- Our skin requires a good nutritional intake. Eat food products rich in vitamins and minerals. Take good amount of green vegetables, fresh seasonal fruits and juices. It will make your skin glow. Raw vegetables like carrots, tomatoes, beetroot and cabbage are good for a healthy skin.
Check your diet- Minimize the intake of alcohol, tobacco and other intoxicants. Excess of it causes wrinkles and an early aging of the skin. Also regulate the intake of high energy giving food items like fats and sugar. In the absence of a proper work out, they collect in the body, forming swellings under the eyes with the advancement of age.
Yoga tricks- Follow some yoga exercises on a daily basis. This will keep your skin from wrinkles and early aging. It provides a natural glow and life to the face by rejuvenating your skin. You can also try some exercises in place of yoga.
