    It takes a lot to polish your looks and make yourself attractive. Hours of facials and scrubs are not only time devouring, but they also tend to make whole in the pockets! It is always better to take good precautions to save our beauty naturally from getting damaged. Following a few cautious steps can save you from it. Observe the following directions in your day to day life.

    Exercise- A routine of daily exercise can help you in keeping your body in good health and charm. It accelerates the blood circulation. This increase in metabolism brings a fresh charm on the face. It is an unfailing technique of skin care.

    Bathing- Bathing is a way of cleansing our body from all the dust and dirt that impinge on our bodies. But if we do not take proper care, we can end up causing harm to it rather than cleaning it. So it is important to pay proper attention to the soap that you are using. Use the soaps that are chemical free. Chemicals can damage your skin in long run. Apart from this, try to avoid a long bath under very hot water. It can suck moisture from your skin.

    Hard drinks and smoking- Smoking and hard drinks like alcohol can lead you to early aging. Avoid a heavy diet of liquor. A very occasional intake of it should make your month. Also try to avoid smoking as much as possible. It is necessary for a healthy and beautiful life.

    What to use for your skin- Make sure that the perfumes, deodorants, hair dyes or colors and skin creams you are using are the one that suit your skin type. An unfavorable type of it can spoil your skin. Don’t use very strong perfumes and deodorants, as they can be harmful and can cause rashes. The products that you use should have a good chemistry with the type of your hair. You can take suggestions from your beautician before trying any of the hair products. Lastly, there are a lot of creams available in the market. Do not choose yours with a blind eye. Make sure you check out what is just the right for you, depending upon how much moisture your skin needs.

    Sunscreens- The ultra violet rays of the sun are damaging to the skin. Any direct exposure under the sun is very suicidal thing for the skin. Whenever you step under the sun, make sure you apply sunscreen and moisturizer. It will defend your skin against the tanning effects.
