Bra is not just an article of clothing but in sense it is a constant reminder of your feminine side. In today’s world a bra is not only there to support your breasts but also an accessory to make you feel sexy. Anything from lacy to satin, from underwire to padded bras, are available in the market today to cater to the specific needs of the super-sexy woman of today.
An ill-fitting bra can not only cause discomfort but can also be responsible for an increased size. Wearing a size which is too small for you can lead to restriction in the blood flow to your breast and in the long run contribute to breast cancer as well. And wearing a size which is too big for you can give you shapeless breasts.
Most of us are working woman now-a-days, and hence we end up wearing our bras for about 12-15 hours a day. So if they don’t fit well, we are left feeling uncomfortable throughout the day.
So, while buying a bra, be sure that it is the correct fit. It might be on a slightly looser side but never should it be on the tighter one. Women who are conscious of their breast size being small and prefer buying padded or underwire bras to give them fullness and cleavage should see to it that you are buying the correct size. Its does not hurt to try one before buying.
So, what type of bras should you opt for? I would say preferably lightweight, cotton bras which are built to stretch and move with your body. These kind of bras not only allow your breasts to have their natural movement but also helps in the circulation of the blood. If the blood flow is restricted, it may contribute to breast cancer causes due to abnormal cell growth from inadequate lymphatic drainage and circulation, which actually rids the breast area of toxins that can build up.
Breasts are a beautiful part of the woman’s body and you should be proud of it. And the only way to show you are proud is to take good care of your breasts.
