Eating with entertainment- It is a most common habit, to eat while watching television or a movie in cinema halls. Though they are accepted norms, they are very injurious to our fitness. Studies show that a person tends to gain more weight when he/she eats and entertains together. Avoid this blunder, which is silently adding inches to your weight.
Eating for company- Formality demands it, and we surrender to it. Eating just for the sake of giving company to the other person can prove to be very bad to your health. So just keep a watch on this silent weight adding formality. Try to side yourself, when you find this formality hitting you.
Lunching out a lot- Lunching out might favor your liking, but it certainly does not favor a fit body. Do not frequently have your supper out. Try to cook something for yourself at home. Eating at home is healthy and economical.
Excess of whisking- Drinks add weight to body. So if you are having too much of alcohol, then it is the weight putting factor. Cut down the amount of your drinks, for a better fitness.
Reluctance to move- Try to move your body as much as you can. Do not find escape roots to a good walk, or any exercise giving activity. Stagnation of body does not allow proper digestion, leading to a heavy belly. So reduce the sedation in your life.
