Books and novels may be another source that provokes you to feel lusty. The tingling description of romance or the act or minutely drawing out a sexual encounter may be enough to throw you off balance and get into the same feelings. Change your choice of novels to something more balanced, sober and thrilling rather than romantic novels.
Taking recourse to spirituality or occupying your mind with an interesting hobby, workout, sports, adventure camps may help you to disconnect with lusty thoughts.
