Quicker Way to Flatter Abs

Want surfboard-flat abs? Well here are a few quick ways to make sure you have those admirable abs in a jiffy. The next time you walk out in your low slung jeans and short T-shirt, make sure you turn heads.
We have always thought that exercises that are quick to be completed are no replacement for hard work. But that is not the case with the exercises mentioned below. But these will only work if accompanied by a regular and healthy diet.
The most common and most important exercise for flat abs is the ab crunch. In this exercise, you need to lie flat on the ground, and taking in a deep breath, you need to suck in your stomach. Now you should raise your upper body off the ground until it is at a 45-degree angle with the floor. Make sure you don’t pull the muscles of your neck. Hold this posture for about 3 seconds. This should be repeated about 45 times.
The second exercise that you can do is side bends. In this, you need to stand up straight and suck in your stomach. Keep your legs straight and your arms at your sides. Stiffen your hips and lean sideways from left to right. Repeat this on both sides of your body. Again this whole exercise should be performed for about 45 times in total.
The most simple of these exercises is the torso twist. All you need to do is to stand up straight with your hands on your sides, and after sucking in your stomach, you need to twist your body from left to right and then from right to left. Make sure you repeat this for 45 times as well.
When you do these simple exercises, you work on the main muscles lining your stomach and help to burn the fat in there. If you want good results, you should do these regularly and combine this with walks and a balanced diet which is free from fat and too much of carbohydrates.
