Add a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. Try and avoid spicy and oily food. Not only will it help prevent dark circles, but it will also lead to a softer, smoother skin. Your diet should also include dairy products like milk, curd, and cottage cheese.
You should also massage your under-eye area with milk and apply a compress of grated potato or cool cucumber. Also, don’t forget to wash your eyes with cool water at least 4-5 times everyday as it cleans out the dirt.
Above all this, you should try and remain happy. The happier you feel, the less stressed you will be and the better sleep you will get. Be happy and content in life and a lot of problems, including dark circles will remain at bay.
