Secondly, your regular diet should be healthy. In other words, your food should include grains, fruits and vegetables. Try to reduce the amount of not non- vegetarian food, milk products, milk and other food stuff containing high quantity of sodium and sugar in your meals.
Thirdly, supplement your body with calcium and vitamin B6 sufficiently. According to recent studies, the above ingredients play a significant role in reducing the menstrual pain. To retain calcium in body, you should refrain from smoking or consuming animal protein and caffeine.
