Bad Breath or Halitosis is an extremely embarrassing problem for many people to deal with. The main reason for bad breath is the bacteria that live in your mouth, tongue, and tonsils. While cleaning your teeth, make sure you brush or scrape your tongue as well. The tongue accumulates a layer of bacteria which might cause bad breath, hence you need to clean it as well.
Though it is not necessary to give up foods you love for the fear of bad breath, you should make sure that in spite of eating all that you want, you are maintaining good dental hygiene to keep bad breath under check.
