Four Easy Exercises to Make Breasts Bigger

    Small is not always beautiful, especially when it comes to bust sizes. As more and more women round the world become aware of the unfavourable implications of surgical procedures for breast augmentation, many women are now seeking natural ways of increasing the bust size.

    The following effective bust enhancing exercises typically work by building muscles below and around the bust:

    Bench-press: Bench press is the best exercise that you can do if you want to shape and make your bust line firm. This does not only firms the bust line, but also makes the shoulders and triceps well-sculpted.

    Push-ups: In order to make your chest muscles firm, try doing push-ups on a daily basis. Put your hands on the floor, keeping your back flat and your hands aligned with your bust. Lower yourself by bending your arms so that your chest is almost touching the floor. Push yourself back until you reach the starting position and repeat the procedure as many times as you can.

    Back extensions: Correct posture helps your breasts look bigger. The back extension exercise strengthens the muscles in the upper and lower back and helps your posture. Lie face-down, and lift one arm and the leg opposing it, straight in the air. Maintain the position for ten seconds and do these thrice on every side.

    Breast press: For you to do the breast press, you need to have two dumbbells weighing three to five pounds. Keeping your back straight, sit on the edge of a chair, and slightly lean forward at your hips. Raise your arms until your elbows reach the shoulder level. Remain in this position for 4 to 5 seconds and then you repeat the move.

    Doing these exercises in a proper manner will sure-fire benefits without the prohibitive costs and health risks associated with augmentation surgery.
