Fighting Stress Out Of Life

A life with heavy stress can lead to many ailments. You can loose your glow and vigor, ending up in an early old age. The heavy stresses of daily life need to be fought, to maintain a healthy living. Just a few timely heeling tricks can help you with a better life. Cure your stress as soon as you find it hitting you. You can follow these tricks to deal with the pressures of daily life on your nerve.
Deep breaths- As you feel the pressure hitting on your nerve, take two minutes break. Pull slow and deep breaths. Take your concentration to your breaths. Follow its rhythm and feel its flow in your nerves. Pull 6-7 such deep breaths with your eyes closed. Now relax for a few seconds and set at work once again.
Drown the right drink- Very often; we take coffee or tea to fight back the stress level. But it does not work out very positively. It has a sedative drug caffeine, which might be effective, but is not positive in its effect. It benumbs the brain instead of diluting the toxins. Instead of such drug dominant drinks, try to take some refreshers. Juices like apple juice, leachy juice or something like fruit beer would work very positively, on your nerves as well as on your nerves.
Stretch yourself- If you find your body stiffening up, then move your limbs and do some stretching. This will open up the locks that have gripped your body. It will set free the strains of your body. Move the body part, where you can feel your muscles clogging up. You can also massage your temples. It will relax your brain.
Eat green- Eat enough green vegetables. Prefer eating them in there natural form, so that they retain maximum nutrients. They are rich in nutrients that you require for efficiency in your performance of your daily physical work. They will help you keep fresh for a longer time. You can also take cucumber, tomatoes or spinach in your lunch salad.
