Diabetes is not a disease that you can ignore just like that. You have to fight with its pressures in every casual day of your life. You need to take proper care, and cautions to avoid serious loss in your capacity. There are a few unfailing measures, which have proved themselves as helpful in countering diabetics. Try to follow these suggestions, for a more healthy and normal life.
Exercise- Give your body, a relaxation of exercise. Do spare 45 minutes for this round of exercise. It will rejuvenate the lost strength in your body. You can also try something like swimming, brisk walking or some games like badminton and football. Anything which gives your body enough movement will be good in effect.
Cut down Sweets and Fats- Regulate the intake of sugar in your diet. Every doctor suggests it, and you know it. It is better to make your body use to of this restriction. Sugar rich eatables increase the rate of blood sugar level. You also need to cut down the consumption of fats in your food. It will add the amount of calories in your body, causing over weight problems. So avoid ghee, sugar, oil and all the fried food products.
Roughage- Chew in a lot of roughage. Your body needs fibrous foods. It controls carbohydrates and also helps in a good digestion. It does not allow the food assimilation in body. It will check the overweight problems in you, apart from control a regulating change in the sugar level in your blood.
Proper diet- Take proper three times meal every day. Also have breakfast as per your body demands. Do not try to diet or skip meals. Keep something in your bag, for sudden crunches of hunger. Make sure you do not ignore your diet.
Proper medications- You need to take proper medications, apart from this diet check. Consult your doctor and do not fail to keep up your medications upright. Follow the medications on the prescribed time.
