Once you had the heart attack, you need to take all the legitimate precautions to avoid it a second time. Taking it casually will increase the chances of your going through it a next time very soon. The precautionary steps that need to be taken care of are suggested below. Check them out!
Plan the precautions- Talk to your doctor and know what all health precautions are essential to avoid a next heart stroke. Your doctor will suggest a few exercises. Follow these exercises. But it is also important to follow the instructions that will come along with it. Make sure you do not over do the exercise. For a heart patient, it is really important to know how much stress his/her body can bear. Crossing that limit can bring you into the sphere of danger once more.
Nutritional diet- It is important for you to pay attention to your daily diet. Intake of some important nutrients like vitamin A, vitamin c, vitamin E, and vitamin B3 will help you with your heart problem. These vitamins help in increasing the density of the blood. Reducing the chances of a next heart attack. Folate, omega, and vitamin D are specially recommended vitamins for women. Apart from this, roughage will help you in controlling the cholesterol, and maintaining a good health.
Exercise or yoga- Follow a regular course of exercise and yoga to keep in good health. A little amount of daily exercise and yoga will help you in regaining the lost fitness. But being a heart patient, you can not over do it. You need to observe the hours of your exercise, depending on the amount of exertion your body is ready to bear.
Be the happy person- The root cause of your illness is your depression. As you must have got to know by now. So it is important for you to work on that. Try to evade every cause of your unhappy mental state. Your problems can not be larger than the life. Subdue your depression. You can take time out and go for a happy holiday. This will change your sullen temper.
