Dark Circles: Causes And Remedies
Dark circles are emerging as a problem to people cutting across the age, sex and region. Apart from aging, the changing life style, which involves many unhealthy habits, seem to be the main reasons behind the development of dark circles.

Firstly, stress and tension of daily life take heavy toll on the skin. Especially, area surrounding the eyes is very sensitive and that is the reason why they fall victim first to the mounting stress of life. The stress both at work and home fonts are responsible for dark circles.
Secondly, if you are not getting sound sleep regularly, then dark circles are evident. Lack of sound and required amount of sleep gradually develop dark circles under the eyes.
Thirdly, as diet has a close link with health and body, therefore the problem of dark circles is also caused due to unhealthy food habits and lack of vitamins and minerals in your regular diet.
Finally, a prolonged period of dehydration can also cause dark circles. People, who drink very less amount of water, face more risk to get dark circles.
Cucumber slices are very good in making your eyes feel relaxed. If you put cucumber slices over the eyes after coming back from work then it will give you effective result.
Almond oil mixed with few drops of honey can do real wonder. Apply that mixture on the under eye area every night before bedtime and you will see the changes within weeks.
A healthy diet can also make a lot of difference to the affected area. You must include fresh fruits and vegetables in your meal on a regular basis to get the result.
Finally, sound and enough (at least 6 to 8 hours) sleep is necessary for a normal person. Try to give enough rest to your body and eyes for rejuvenation.
