Bathing also adds to beauty. But you need to take care of the specifics of this beauty bath. Bathing in a right way, can actually make you smoother and softer. And it goes so not only for a body part or other; it works on the whole body. So change the way you bath, and turn towards a more promising and beauty bathing. This will need a reshuffling of every step, from the water you bath with, to the soaps that are roughening your skin.
The very initiating step of a good bath begins with the water you use for the cleansing yourself. The water you use should be of a regulated temperature. Do not bath with a very cold or a very hot water. Use Luke warm water for this purpose. This will save your skin from wrinkling and getting rough.
While choosing the cleansing agent, avoid chemical soaps. Either go for some soft soaps, or just simply use some natural things like purified gram flour. Add a pinch of turmeric powder in it, and smear it on your body, instead of soap. This will make your skin glow. You can use soap once in a week, while going for the purified gram floor in the rest of the days.
Bath yourself with milk and rose water. After washing away the soap from your body, use the milk mixed up with rose water. This will smoothen your skin. The rose water will give your body, a natural fragrance. This will give you more confident in your look. As you know, this softness and glow is what makes whole of your body, and not just a few visible body parts. You can also use honey, in the place of milk water. You need to wash it off with plain water later. After you end your bath, give a touch of required amount of olive oil to your body. This will add luster to you body. Adding glow, to a fairly glowed up complexion.
