8 Reasons Your Splurge Doesn’t Count
Did you just devour a whole box of Chocolate Cookies? Why let your guilty conscience prick your mind. Just make light of the situation and move past your last healthy eating slipup. Here are eight humorous reasons why your last indulgence doesn’t count.
#1 You Were In The Workout Land
It doesn’t count if you actually consumed it at the gym or in your work out wear or you’ve exercised anytime within twelve hours of eating it.
#2 You Are A Year Older… and Sensible?
The slip up was a result of it being your birthday and the dessert was on the house. There was no way you could refuse as the waiter highly recommended it.
#3 You Have A Monster Sweet Tooth
Even though you have a monster sweet tooth, there is still some space left on the dessert shelf in your stomach.
#4 You Are Innocent Until Proven Guilty
You can’t be held guilty of binging since you didn’t really know what was in it when you ate it.
#5 It Was The Last One…
The sweet was the last in the bag, box, plate or anywhere else and it would have been a shame to waste it. And you so despise wasting food!
#6 It’s Light or Non-Fat
It doesn’t count if it doesn’t taste good and you didn’t actually enjoy it or you didn’t taste it as you were too busy consuming it. Moreover, the dessert was sugar-free, fat-free and of course lite.
#7 You Ate It…
After midnight, before dawn or in the dark, so it doesn’t count.
#8 Nourishing Veggies
The dessert came on top of a lettuce or some other nutritious vegetables. You are such a salad freak, how could you resist! And of course, the number one reason is that you don’t want it to count.
So go on and indulge yourself once in a while. It Really Doesn’t Count!
